After having issues with my walking since the covid lockdown 3, to being almost housebound at 1 point, I found Lizhen at Physic sports and Massage centre by accident.
After playing in a golf event nearby and struggling to finish my round, I got an evening booking; it was one of the best things I have done.
Now I am happy to have very deep, and I mean deep massage; this is what I got and opted for a 4 hands treatment; she asked lots of questions about my health and mobility, etc., and then did some testing on my back and legs.
All I will say is it was pretty painful at times, but I knew the result would be good, and my feet and joints had not moved this freely for months.
I have come up from Bristol to have another hours treatment, making such a difference to my health already.
